I wish I could be back in Seaside! Fantasea Campe is a beautifully decorated cottage just a few houses down from the beach in the idyllic Florida community. The serene beachy hues and nautical touches give a nod to the coastal setting, but would look just as lovely in any landlocked locale! I wish I knew the paint colors that were used, but I'm getting a strong Sherwin-Williams 'Sea Salt’ vibe!
I can't even fathom having a view like that! Interior designer Cynthia Collins of the Dallas-based firm Collins Interiors and Cronk Duch Architecture made sure the jaw-dropping ocean view took center stage in this incredible Ponte Vedra, Florida home. It's light and bright, filled with great texture and fun pops of color–including beautiful splashes of blue to complement the picturesque
This gracious guest bedroom designed by Mary Maloney and Carol Mokler of Bee's Knees Design out of Hopkinton, Massachusetts photographed here by Kyle Caldwell is filled with charm! The designing duo believe that old is often better than new and tend to gravitate towards old-fashioned things with a modern spin. Love how they did just that with the cheery armoire and blue four poster bed! The
Not only is the outside of this home picture perfect (and in the most idyllic Cape Cod setting!), the blue-infused interior spaces are beautiful too! I knew right when I saw it that it had to be from Polhemus Savery DaSilva Architects Builders, and I was right, they designed and built the incredible home! I love those turquoise board shutters with the starfish cutouts SO much! (They're painted
The last few nights it has been so chilly here in Minnesota that I've actually had to get out my trusty heated throw! If only I could drag summer out a little bit longer and stay at this incredible Rhode Island beach house that was featured in HGTV magazine, photographed by Zach DeSart. I love how their guest bedroom is decorated with an accent wall of reclaimed barn wood. The contrast with the
I'm loving the eclectic, retro vibe of this kitchen renovated by Anna Thelemarck of Struktur, an architectural design firm located in Burlington, Vermont. From the flooring, to the tiles to the artwork, the room is a medley of happy colors! While I always love an all-white kitchen, the personality expressed here cannot be beat! The blue retro-inspired appliances really steal the show for me (love
I hope you all enjoyed touring this amazing home all week! I don't think anything could have topped it off quite like an indoor pool! Interior designer Lindy Allen of Four Chairs Furniture and the builder Davies Development proved that beautiful design can go hand in hand with functionality and family fun. Although grand (nearly 14,000 sq ft!), the home still manages to feel comfortable, livable

Once again the builder, Davies Development, brought dreams to life. Not only did this family want their home to be beautiful, but functionality and comfort were a top priority. We definitely saw that upstairs in the main living area,

If I was driving around Nags Head, NC, you can bet I'd stop and take a photo of this cheery turquoise cottage! How fun that we get to actually tour the inside! The Tale of a Mermaid was built around 1953, but received a total renovation a few years back. I love that they kept all the original charm while adding some modern comforts! The cottage's decor definitely reflects its location...the beach
When it comes to creating elegant yet functional spaces, Tracy Gilmore of Gilmore Design Studio out of Santa Monica, California is a true expert! Her style is classic, clean and comfortable, which is exactly what I love about this beautiful home she designed, captured by Gilmore Photography! Well, that and all the accents in pretty shades of blue! The dining room took my breath away. Love the
If there's one room that benefits from a serene wall color, it's definitely the bedroom! San Francisco-based Miss Alice Designs created this restful yet elegant space for her client using an inspiring combination of old and new, with chic budget finds to boot! Sherwin-Williams 6471 Hazel is the fabulous wall color here...the white of the gorgeous coved ceiling perfectly balances out the beautiful
With stunning views of Lake Erie right outside the window, this waterside cottage designed by  Natalie Hodgins and Kate Stuart of Sarah Richardson Design has all the charm of an older home, despite it being brand new! No doubt the view inspired the summery color palette. Love all the blues and greens! So many great vintage pieces throughout give the home such a lived-in, collected look, as
This Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina home by Cortney Bishop Design is an absolute dream!! The West Coast-meets-East Coast vibe is a true reflection of Steve and Lynne Hamontree, a California-raised surfer and his artist wife. (You can spot a lot of her amazing work throughout their home!) My favorite area of the home is the master bedroom and adjacent sitting room. The turquoise grasscloth
If anyone has design in their genes, it's Elizabeth Pyne! The NYC-based designer is the third generation in her family to work at McMillen Inc., America's oldest decorating firm, and is currently the head of its offshoot McMillen Plus. I am in love with this apartment she designed that was featured in the July/August issue of House Beautiful, photographed by Ngoc Minh Ngo. Inspired by the wife's
I wish we could all take a giant field trip to just go and gawk at all the amazing houses along 30A in Florida! This dreamy coastal home by Borges Brooks Builders is located in WaterSound, just one of the many dreamy communities along the scenic highway. The crisp white planked walls, breezy blue accents (the kitchen–oh my word!), gorgeous fireplace, soaring ceilings, fab light fixtures, windows
I love the fresh twist on traditional in this beautiful Washington, DC home by interior designer Sally Steponkus Roche, captured here by photographer Angie Seckinger! Inspired by her client's fondness for icy blue, the talented designer chose fabrics that are pretty and elegant, but also fun! I adore the pale blue on the walls (Sherwin-Williams Topsail #SW6217); it's the perfect backdrop to play
What a cute little hideaway! Denise Sabia, the designer, DIYer and blogger behind The Painted Home, turned her Philadelphia garage into an extra hangout space (aka. a "she shed" or "mom cave") over the course of just one weekend. After spending a day clearing everything out, she decorated the space entirely with extras she had lying around her house! So many creative ideas here like the dresser
With views of the bay and the ocean, this beautiful Holgate, New Jersey beach house was designed by OUTinDesign–a holistic design firm out of Alexandria, Virginia known for creating seamless spaces by incorporating elements from the outdoors indoors. How amazing is the kitchen?! Love the recycled translucent glass counters, coordinating glass subway tile backsplash and sea-glass knobs! All of
